Christy Lipscomb Evening Speaker

Rev. Christy Lipscomb is the founding co-pastor of City Life Church, a Wesleyan, multiethnic, core city church in Grand Rapids, MI. Christy is a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and of Indiana Wesleyan University, and is an ordained pastor in The Wesleyan Church.

City Life Church is a cross-section of race, culture, and economic levels. Homeless persons worship and serve alongside working middle class families. Many recovering addicts call City Life their home church.

Christy and her husband Adam have two sons, Jude and Elijah.

Nathan Metz Evening Speaker

Nathan and his wife Jade are missionaries, living in Kampala, Uganda with their four children (Maddix, Sophie, Ezra and Ruby) since 2015. Nathan is a teacher, speaker and author of several books including ‘This is Perfect’. He lectures at Africa Renewal University and preaches at Kampala International Church in Bugalobi. Nathan is also the host of the MissionLife podcast which serves as a resource for missional living.

Currently, Nathan is leading the Africa Authorship Collective which mentors young African authors through the process of book development. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and a current student in Wesley Seminary (M.Div.)

Josh Lavender Worship Leader

Josh Lavender is the worship leader of Trinity Wesleyan Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Josh has a Bachelor’s degree in Church music from IWU, a Master’s in Worship Studies from the Institute for Worship Studies and he is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Worship Studies. Raised in the church as the son of a theologian and a worship leader, writing Christ-centered, singable music for the Church is one of Josh’s greatest passions.

Aldean Pablo Youth Speaker

Aldean has been an Assistant Pastor at Eastview Wesleyan Church (Gas City) leading in college-age ministry and congregational care. He also served as the Lead Pastor at Brinker Heights Wesleyan Church (Marion) for 2 1/2 years. Aldean recently accepted the call to plant a church in Roanoke, Indiana called SEND Church.

He and his wife Jessie have 2 boys, Eleazar and Gabriel, with a 3rd son on the way!

Kory Christensen Campus Pastor

Kory Christensen serves as lead pastor of Impact Community Church in New Haven, IN. He and His wife Becky, an administrator at NHHS, have two adult children and are Gigi and Papi to their two grandkids.

Kory and Becky love riding bikes together and are die hard MSU Spartan fans. Kory’s greatest joy is seeing people learn to love God and Love others as they make disciples who make disciples.

Jessi Kipfer Children’s Speaker

Aaron and Jessi Kipfer serve as the children’s worship leaders during the evening service. They have been married 17 years and are parents to 5 girls. They are adoptive and foster parents. Jessi served as a Children’s pastor in our district for 15 years. She currently manages 50 East Café at White’s Residential in Wabash. Aaron is the Chief Technology Officer at Neoti in Bluffton.

Ben Capshaw Bridge Speaker

Ben Capshaw is a authentic speaker who makes biblical truths easy to understand through laughter and thought provoking illustrations. Currently he is the senior pastor at Elwood Central Wesleyan Church where he has served for 7 years. He and his wife Amanda have served everywhere in the church from youth and children pastors to church janitors. They have two boys Isaac 11 and Noah 8 who they love running 5ks with. Ben is an avid cyclist including riding across the state of Indiana in multiple RAIN rides.

Aaron Lee Campus Pastor

Aaron Lee is the lead pastor of Cultivate Church in LaOtto IN. He and His wife Jen, a teacher, have two boys. Aaron is a Cubs, movie, comics, and basketball fan that also enjoys hiking trails. Aaron is passionate about seeing people grow in their faith and becoming followers of Jesus.
